MATCHA

Matcha green tea preparation begins hours before harvest. The tea plants are covered to hide them from the sun and thus delay their growth and a darker green color is created in the leaves. With this process the tea gains in amino acids, thus creating a sweeter tea and very rich in antioxidants.
